Were in a cab coming back from London. 3 passed including the cab driver.

Bloke who survived (is up, awake and talking now) did so as he had taken his set belt off and went through the windscreen when the coach hit them from behind.

Awful, truly awful.

seems to have gone unnoticed how piss poor the trains were yesterday , ended up missing the first 20min having to go via Stoke and a cab from Wolverhampton .

How pathetic that people make up stuff like that just to feel important on Twitter.

David Gold started this....bad day at office for West Ham in many aspects, this non story and Cluedo sums it up.

RIP to those that died regardless of who they supported

Delete this embarrassing. Slowing becoming like scousers? This had nothing to do with West Ham fans.

Early reports that three Hammers supporters were killed in a road traffic accident are incorrect.

Bedfordshire Police have issued a statement which shows that not to be the case.

“BEDFORDSHIRE Police investigating yesterday’s crash

It is now known that all three passengers in the Audi A3 were men in their twenties who were returning to their Buckinghamshire homes following a night out in London.

Our condolences to all those involved regardless and apologies for the misinformation.

Not that it matters, but I don't think they were going to our game. Not great for family's involved when its 'fellow hammers' and you've lost someone.

Shit situation regardless, RIP

Re: M1 closed - 3 Hammers RiP
It took me six hours from Sussex to get to the ground due to these terrible accidents but the bottom line is that I made it, others on a journey, irrelevant of who they were or where they were going weren't so fortunate.

What really sickened me were drivers on the M40 driving like lunatics in the fog, many with no lights on, and then when caught in the tailbacks of the accident decided they were within their rights to drive up the hard shoulder despite the emergency services struggling to make it to the scene.

To the chaps on the M1, West Ham or not, and the man who died on the M40, thoughts to your families and friends at this tragic time.

This is really tragic and horrible but not sure there's anything anywhere to say that they were WHU fans.

That article seems to be relying on the posts from forums like this, which have not been confirmed.

I hope they aren't West Ham fans, but its a shoddy way of trying to claim some kind of news scoop.

Internet media at its worst.

Re: M1 closed - 3 Hammers RiP
It's only on Facebook and Twitter that they were WHU. No proper media has mentioned it.
Not that it matters.

I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't made up by some bored Twitter troll.
